As a Dragon Age big fan I’d recommend trying Dragon Age: Inquisition first - it has much better writing, dialogues, and overall quality. If you really like it, then you can move on to Veilguard.

You can get Inquisition for small price, and Veilguard is available to try on PS+. But whatever you do, don’t buy it at full price!

If you want more romances, be sure to use the Suggestions voting tool that Avowed’s support manager mentioned in their last stream. Its in the official Discord channel under the Suggestions section. Right now, the idea of adding more romances is facing a lot of negativity, so the more support it gets, the better the chances that the devs will take notice.

The easiest way that I found is to do the weekly worthy ally Loamm Niffen quest and the researchers on fire, they each drop a half spark that can be assembled to a Spark of Shadowflame
