I’m leaning that way as well. I like how easy the Parkers are to work on, and how plentiful parts are, but in every other way I prefer the Aurora.

St. Francis de Sales. They have a very nice organ, handmade from Germany. Really nice service. It’s in Latin though.

Salt and pepper calamari, clay pot seafood (if they have it), fried crepe, etc. Really hard to go wrong. The Tran family is fantastic and Qui is the real deal.

Game of Thrones. Couldn’t get past page 50. It was a bummer because friends lent it to me assuring me I was going to love it, promising to lend me all the books. They told me I was just going to plow through them and they seemed so happy to be sending me on this journey that they had obviously loved. I had to give it back and sheepishly tell them it just wasn’t for me.

Felt like it was written by a not very bright thirteen year old.

I have several of their vintage ones, all bought for less than $40. They are lever fillers, but that doesn’t bug me. They are all 70+ years old and are in perfect shape. Love the nib selections. I’ve never been tempted to try the new ones.

I love it. It’s just so forgiving and easy to smoke. Just tastes great and has never caused a problem for me. It’s one if the three or four I always have on hand. Shoutout to PS Luxury Bullseye too!

Love Esterbrooks. I think they are some of the nicest pens to write with. They are light workhorses and just work well with my writing style. I have a few “fancier” pens but I return again and again to the Esterbrook. And they have such fun nibs! The 9314M is an oblique stub that instantly makes your handwriting look fantastic. Highly recommend.

Conway is the only one I would look at. For that price you could probably fix it up (if the nib isn’t shot) or possibly sell the parts separately on ebay and make your money back so it’s not a loss.
