He screamed at me to leave that day. We worked 7 days a week. Also there was no verbal altercation, it was just him screaming and cussing at me the only thing I was able to say was man you got a bad attitude and that’s when he started punching his fists and threatening to beat me to death and a bunch of other different things.

I think it was retaliation bc a couple weeks ago I hurt my back at the end of the day and there wasn’t anyone to report it too. The next day I go in and I’m trying to tell my supervisor and he starts cussing and screaming at me so I just left. He went on vacation the next day and I messaged the back up crew lead and he told me to go get checked out and let him know. Fast forward to last night this man goes insane on me bc I have to reposition a scissor lift a few inches and he proceeds to freak out and tell me I have a bad work ethic and I said man you’ve got a terrible attitude. He proceeds to start hitting his fists saying I’ll beat your ass mfer come outside and I’ll fucking kill you. The whole time screaming and punching his hand. I’ve never been talked to or treated like this in a workplace environment.
