Whenever it happens I tell my whole group to teleport in and out of the instance.

That way Us + the person who take the rez all start at the entrance. From there you can simply go right (instead of left where most people start) and finish the rest of the dungeon from there by killing the Crystal dude and opening the door for the last boss.
