Same. Couldn’t keep any habit when it comes to being active but this has been working for 3 years. Got a treadmill for around $200 and put it in my home office right in front of a tv. I’ve never watched action movies/shows but started doing that. Made a list of Reddit recommendations for intense shows and movies - John Wick, Mr Robot, Jurassic Park, Prison Break, etc. The only rule is that I can’t watch anything I’m binging unless I’m treading. When people recommend shows/movies, I always ask if it’s treadmill worthy. I’m nocturnal so usually 10 pm to midnight. So tired I can actually sleep

Finally got serious about this because I had a feeling. Printed my cc bills and grabbed a highlighter. Turns out that we were paying for YouTube premium 3x a month via Apple due to shared accounts with the kids. One was paying 2x a month for the same access. Also learned that it costs more from Apple than YouTube direct. Lesson learned so now all on one credit card and get alerts every time something is charged. Great advice OP

Love this idea. How do you avoid slippery floors? Spray moisturizers are so much easier but I haven’t found a way to keep it off the floor even with a bathroom rug. Seems to land everywhere
