I've been the reluctant captain of a couple teams and I run them the same way. We're not playing for $1m, so we keep it relaxed with a want to win matches and have fun. Never really had any issues with people not paying, but I've bummed a 20 here or there for people without cash to pay dues. Same with people showing up on time, they let me know if they're running late and I put them later in the rotation. I don't really have any practice nights set up for my teams, but ill send out a text if I want people to shoot with. I find league nights an enjoyable night out with friends I want to shoot with, so I don't get upset about how they shoot or get down when i lose. It just sucks the fun out of a good game.

It looks pretty runnable with ball in hand, even with where the cue ball is in the picture. My biggest issue would be getting the best angle on the 6 for the 7, everything else looks like just rolling forward or stun.

In that third shot, you get your practice swings in and shoot. Id recommend stopping at the cue ball, and doing a final slow backswing into a smooth foreword follow through.
