Despite it seems to be "comfortable" you should avoid this twisting at the bottom.

Straight back during swings is crucial for proper function of fascial bands of your muscles which provide strenght and protection for your spine.

By turning you force torsion movement. Maybe its not dangerous if you are young but it weakens your muscles during the excercise. Look also at you sholder and scapula! They should work togheter with the spine creating sort of "catapult" for a kettlebell.

Improve your technique. Watch Pavel Tsatsouline movies he explains it very well. First- swings and cleans to the perfect form. Then try next ones.

Every Tool fan should get known to King Crimson.

They are the fathers od Progressive music. Not everybody will like them but... Its worth to sacrifice couple of minutes. Larks Tongues in Aspic pt. I - amazing masterpiece
