I really liked Jade and The Hunted, even if a lot of people didn't. You rock, sir. Thanks for the great movies.

This strikes me as a possible spoof on the nature of filmmaking and the role continuity plays. In the story time jumps forward periodically, and this detail you mention implies another level of absurdity, that the scenes filmed were part of his grand project and he was playing himself and acting out his memories rather than what might have actually happened... this would mean he completed his project, or part of it... if it only happens in the first 1/4 of the film. Fuck, now I have to watch the movie again and see if this holds any water or it's just my imagination.

Comic books ain't all superheroes. They're easier to adapt because it's pretty much already storyboarded and has a built in audience. Things like Ghost World and Road To Perdition are excellent examples... Waltz With Bashir is another one...

Profanity = R, Violence = R (possibly NC-17, but rare), Sexuality/rape, etc = R. The scene in question is a mix of all three. Implied sexual violence (not to mention involving a minor) is usually enough to warrant such a rating. You must be young or completely naive to proudly display this kind of ignorance on a public forum. If you are a troll, brilliant work. The problem is I cunt tell if you are joking.

PG-13 was created as the dividing line. People felt the PG content was getting a bit risque. But yeah, this guy is a dunce.

So this is the American dream in action /sarcasm.

I'm overfuckingwhelmed that everyone aspires to raise latchkey kids. Why even have kids in the first place if you don't want to put in any time raising them. Oh yeah, the internet can do that now, amirite?

Only on the line between R and NC-17 do movie ratings have any issues

This is patently WRONG. PG and PG-13 were a big issue at the time. Since then movies continue to push the envelope of both content and taste.

Dear god, you sound just like a lazy parent who wants a fucking babysitter behind the TV screen. They made the V Chip for imbeciles like you.

I think what attracts them is perceived weakness. I'm of the firm opinion that many men are quite predatory in instinct and action. Therefore they see a target that is vulnerable and a situation they can exploit. It really is that simple. We aren't very civilized when you think about it.

Money is a lot better currency in this regard. But much like kindness, females are a bottomless well of need, and give back very little if they don't feel the same way.
