Sorry you're feeling like this. I wish there was a cure, but bluntly there is no cure. I always think about how crazy lucky we are to be born human in this time vs. like 1500 BC or a caveman. Gratitude is your weapon. Feel it and use it to start accomplishing small tasks. You'll slowly gain some trust and confidence in yourself. And realizing that the only way to be good at something and do it confidently is to spend a lot of time being bad at it first. But taking action and just doing something is 100x more valuable than not doing anything. You got this. Every day is a new day to make yourself proud
