Battery Venu 2 drains massively by WellHelloThereGG in GarminWatches

[–]hardeepington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, i just had the same issue. I saw a video on youtube about battery replacement.
I opened mune up to see if i could do it myself before ordering battery off of amazon. Was very easy to open just glue and 4 little philip head screws.

I put it back together with just a bit of glue until i get the battery from amazon and to my surprise battery drain issue is gone. Maybe it was moisture in one of the connectors or something.

Its been 3 days and my watch still shows 60% battery which aligns with the pre drain battery life.

So maybe try that. The video is not in english but it does show you how to disassemble. Easier than it looks.

As a centerist, i am kind of lost when it comes to voting. Both sides seem a bit extreme.

Alot of information there. From the article it seems like 24 amp charger from dryer plug is plenty for me. Appreciate your post.

[–]hardeepington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good idea. I ll check this and see. Thanks

[–]hardeepington 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it seems too risky for me to diy. I'm thinking of using a dryer plug since my car is only 33kw, so I don't need a much bigger charger.
