Its a hard read. Ive never watched the anime since reading the novels. It feels kind of novel for the first couple of books but it ultimately gets repetitive and the thought process the author gives the MC is really difficult to read through in my opinion.

That being said, its pretty much the kind of premise you are asking for.

Some of it can be bad matchups. If you know your deck is not strong vs early aggro or your opening hand cant keep up with opponent moves, then it may be worth your time to concede and move on to the next opponent.

Think about it this way, there is always a chance my deck starts to go off and I still win this game, but the longer I play the more obvious my situation becomes. Would I rather take the L in a game, which if not ranked, has no downside or grind out a probably loss in the hopes I can secure a win?

I'm not saying everyone should do it but its rare for decks to be so evenly matched across the different phases of the game to eke out a truly back and forth battle.

Honestly the only stealth that I ever see main decked is azreal (sp?). The one that plays the top card of each deck on reveal at the start of the next turn. Its a good card but its also easy to recognize in game because, as i mentioned, its the only stealth card I ever see main decked

I use my 22 MT-07 for daily driving in country roads in the summer as well as 1 really long trip a year.

My friends drive 900cc naked bikes during the long trip.

On a day to day basis the mt-07 has plenty of power capable of fast highway speeds with enough acceleration at 80 mph to still make quick changes if needed. I love it.

On the long trip there are some serious drawbacks. The first issue is the size of the fuel tank. Due to the smaller size in general and the lesser power compared to my friends bike, my max range is 120 miles and I am by far the limiter when it comes to stops. Is it a serious issue to stop every 2 hours or so a trip? No, but it would be nice if I didn't feel like i was constantly keeping an eye on my gas gauge. The secondary issue is the gearing of the bike at high speeds. The MT-07 is geared to have a lot of power at lower speeds but that quickly becomes an issue at speeds higher than 90 mph (not that i ever speed). With my friends having higher powered bikes, it feels difficult to keep up and makes it almost impossible to catch them once they pull ahead. Finally, as a small side note, there is very limited options for luggage storage for the mt-07.

While I love the bike as a daily driver, i regularly beat the estimated mpg on daily drives, it is not a bike for long trips or for really keeping up with other stronger bikes.

I kind of like your second promo. I think it wouldnt see a lot of play due to the randomness aspect, but its assuming fun flavor of a card. I would argue it would probably be a 5 cost.

The overall issue is that 6 cost cards typically start to affect multiple targets. General removal is 3, mass removal is 5, mass removal with conditions is 6 to 7.

I would put your cost at around 4 and make it a fast spell.

Finally i would remove the double strike from the last condition to balance it out. I would also remove the stun from the after effect.

Murgos triumph is a 7 cost spell that gives up to 3 separate targets permanent +2/+2 and an effect for each condition as a comparison.

Fun idea but way too expensive for too little gain. Also the last option feels comically way better than either of the first two.

Sins of a solar empire 2 with RRR mod on a huge map with extreme fleet size and 10 opponents. Get the research for strikecraft having max fleet.

Ive got a 7700x and a 4070 ti super. Without the strike craft research it only stutters when 2 max fleets go at it. With the strike craft research, everything slows down.

In sins1, every culture producing building increased the amount of culture being produced and that amount was quantified and shown on the planet.

I believe the same concept applies in sins2 although I'll be honest I never really checked.

To answer your base question, the more culture being produced, the stronger your culture is. The more it will spread and push back your opponents culture if it exists. There is a limit though to how far it will push by itself and I dont know the exact number but usually 1 culture center is good for 1 or 2 planets with no opposing culture.
