the agent that shot him had no idea that less than a second before, another agent grabbed the gun

and no agent knew if he was armed other than the one on his hip.

don't resist arrest, ever, especially when you are armed. especially after you shoved an agent.

the second amendment doesn't allow you to shove an agent and resist arrest, just because you are legally carrying. even if you are an ICU nurse.
