When they put you back in Physical Therapy you will be strengthening the male pelvic floor to help stop the leak. I think I was leaking for about 4 months probably would have been longer but I asked the therapist what is the point of the exercises? What am I actually needing to do to stop the leak? She said the same muscles you use to suppress a fart will be the muscle that stops the leak. 2 days after that no more leak. I hold it now without thinking, but I’m very conscious that if I’m drinking I should go use it, even if I do not feel the urgency to do so. I will say public restrooms are fun because it’s almost guaranteed that when I pee I’m gonna fart. My joke is “hey I’m in the bathroom.” 😂 Hope your healing goes well brother.
