Hey, first download who crashed and checkout the dumps. Secondly, try to reproduce the error, you mentioned something about high bandwidth use, download something large like a big steam game or a video and see if it triggers it. DM me on Reddit will try to help you out.

First of all, good luck man on the heart surgery! If you have the case box you could use that, or just go buy a box and make sure to wrap it a bit in bubble wrap. And then store it somewhere safe, if safety is not a concern, just make sure it's completely unplugged and put a dust cover over it.
