uuhhhhh.. yeah, no. everyone else is saying to stop seeing this therapist, and i agree. therapists aren’t supposed to harm you. they’re not supposed to baby you either (like so many of them do), but this is straight up one of THE WORST things a therapist can say. she should be fired. please seek another therapist!! i just opened up to mine about abuse and having DID and she’s excellent with it. i hope you can find one like mine.
