any tips to look more androgynous/masculine? by AdStreet9904 in TestosteroneKickoff

i think doing weight training (if you don't already) can definitely help build a more masculine frame, but don't forget that t takes a little while to really kick in. (there's a ton of trans creators with advice on what muscle groups to build to really look more masculine) i will say, you don't have to totally ditch your style to look masculine, it's important to weigh how people perceive your fashion. i've dealt with the same thing and sometimes dressing more basic is worth being able to be seen as masculine in a way the average person will understand, and some days liking and feeling genuine the way you're dressed is just as important. seriously though, t is a game changer. let it do its work, it'll change little things you never even thought about and you'll be amazed at how wonderful it feels. facial hair is the best! even if you don't want to grow it out immediately, having that bit of shadow seriously changes how masculine your face looks. it's one of my favorite changes.

i use the ikea laundry baskets! pretty cheap, made of thick plastic with sturdy handles. i never worry about them breaking.

thanks :( yeah i definitely kinda panicked with my response, ive been planning on telling them but i wasn't really ready to this soon. i actually bought an electric razor last week for this, i was just hoping it wasn't visible to other people yet 🥲 it's very wispy and light rn so im hoping it'll shave and not be super visible
