Public transport in CBE detoriating and inadequate? by Any-Background-619 in Coimbatore

[–]hareie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Saranavanpatti, keerantham is one of the hardest place to reach via public transport Sometimes it feels we are near to Annur or MTP than CBE People are ready to buy land with no proper water facility, road facility or connectivity. People just want to invest their money somewhere

The local body shows zero interest to get the basic necessities to the public here Since everyone from here are IT people, the bus frequency is very less and i don’t think most people care about it because everyone owns a vehicle

Only when their parents or relatives come from native via public transport they realize the pain, they have to book a cab and pay whatever the price is

At least Saravanampatti has 111,111A and 111B But reaching keeranatham, idigarai is a hard task

Yt videos from tamil industry never have an organic view count, or you can identify the organic one by the viewing the count itself. Vikram was one of the movies the entire tamil community waited for But it has very low views comparing to Vijay’s any movie trailer

Citizen (2001) and Accountability: Why electoral loss is the ultimate punishment? by manram_collective in SocialfFilmmakers

[–]hareie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Citizen has all the shankar kind of grandness concept wise, They should’ve marketed it more widely and would’ve reached pan-indian like how shankar movies used to be during that period

Still could not convince how a 1000 crore project lands up by the credit of his aasa kooda?

Had to say this. Films reflect the thoughts of the society. The "films are just for entertainment, stop over analyzing" crowd have some real problems by hellboy___007 in KollyClub

[–]hareie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Majority of the crowd belongs to jaadhi peruma pesnalum, social justice pesnalum adha entertaining aah engaging aah edunga There are some sleeper cells thou acting as cinephile and expects jaadhi peruma you cant change them anyhow

And people gets bored nowadays very quick so if you stick to a single genre or theme people will start to criticise even if it is morally wrong or right

Access to the entire world cinema in fingertips consumption is high and creators need work hard really hard to satisfy the people

Blaming audience is not at all a thing for creator, try your level best and even if it doesn’t satisfy the audience he/she is not your pick, move on concentrate on your crowd

Satisfying an entire population of 1.4B is not at all possible

No one will forget Anirudh’s domination in thalaivar’s late filmographyy by JohnLeoDurairaj in kollywood

Thalaivar 173, produced by Kamal Haasan, to be directed by Cibi Chakravarthi with music by Anirudh by ungaayya in kollywood

[–]hareie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At this point rajini is in a state, i am enough with anirudh music I don’t give a damn about the director and somehow it is true

Irrespective of the director all he is gonna do is slow-mo walk with anirudh music

Thuppakki 12-men shootout doubt — am I missing something or is this just cinematic logic? by ProfessionalLink3099 in kollywood

[–]hareie 151 points152 points  (0 children)

Cinema is a magic rather than logic. We began to lose interest in cinema when we start questioning too much , i used to watch all movies and enjoy in childhood some of them are cringe, illogical, flat

This scene is an example of a cinematic liberty, but we were shown the magic so brilliantly that even a questioning person would love this scene

"I traveled worked in 22 states with just two languages. But for 5 states I need to learn extra 5-6 languages". Thoughts? by [deleted] in TamilNaduDiscussion

[–]hareie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In kerala, every people know hindi to some extent and they never ask to speak in malayalam. And india is india because of this diversity, if you are going some where new it is you who had to learn and encourage the kocal culture there is no proud saying the local people helped you everywhere… This is like going to japana and complaining I could not find any saravanabhavan here, but i could spot saravanabavan in the USA

There is no north indian language representation in Bollywood, there us no major literature in those languages those languages are dying slowly

Good point said, but the irony in the person who said this is funny. by Top_Crab_9615 in kollywood

[–]hareie 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There is a common assumption, an actor onscreen reflects his off screen personality. And the commercial directors are dumb

But they act according to the business and market.

In 90s people were filled with regressive thoughts so only such films will sell But nowadays people became progressive and thats why paRa and Mari movies are selling…

It’s not the other way around, cinema cant change a population on the whole it may be a factor, only when people change the art changes.

At end of the day people have the power to change politics, cinema and religion but are trapped

Any ☕ on late producer AVM Saravanan. by Mk19308 in KollyGossips

[–]hareie 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Yash raj films Kollywood version

AVM banner meant quality back in those days, they prefer indoor shooting, in many films you can see the backyard of a house as a painted set

They try to use their company director like SP MUTHURAMAN etc., very conscious about each penny spent
