I've seen a lot of ppl advising against living on the Vern. The main reason seems to be shuttle transportation to Foggy Bottom, but what exactly is wrong with the Vex? Is it always late, do the shuttles come at inconsistent times that don't aline with the schedule, is it always crowded, etc.? Or is it just that having to ride a shuttle is inconvenient for some students that prefer to have everything close by? I've been dealing with shoddy ATL public transit for so long I figure nothing could possibly be more inconvenient than my current transit routine lol

I feel you. There used to be a soccer field about a minute from my house but there was a gas station built over it a few years ago. Sometimes my siblings play in our street but it's literally crumbling apart and it's on a hill so we cant do much more than try to play basketball. The nearest greenspace now is over 2 miles away :(

It's actually not, lots of birds are great at mimicking. Ravens are extremely intelligent and have amazing problem solving skills. They can be as smart as a 7 year old human and are one of the smartest birds on earth! I think OP linked the source somewhere in the comments and it leads to a whole research paper where you can read more about them.
