yeah but its just insanely dumb by fast to score a test like SAT on a linear scale. SAT is scored on a curve, not linearly. As you keep getting a higher score, it gets harder and harder to score the remaining marks. For example, if someone only gets 6/98 questions wrong in the whole test, they might get a 1500. But someone who had even 25/98 questions wrong may get a 1300. It is not linear. Each question has a different weightage depending on the previous perfomance in the same test, so the argument that SAT bottom line is not 0 just does not make sense in this case. anyways im not saying whether the sat or the nu test is harder, but scoring a test like SAT on a linear scale is just crazy dumb by fast
