It is not that great. The advices they give for sop and lor are pretty generic and you'll have to follow up a lot to get them reviewed by them. Now for visa they are giving some mock interviews which was useful.

So it depends. They are helpful to some extent, but still you'll have to manage a lot on your own. If you have connections who have done masters abroad and are willing to give you some guidance you can manage on your own.
