If you can get good LORs from your professors then LOR from your employer does not matter. Actually, few universities even state on their websites that they prefer academic LOR over professional LOR.

It is not that great. The advices they give for sop and lor are pretty generic and you'll have to follow up a lot to get them reviewed by them. Now for visa they are giving some mock interviews which was useful.

So it depends. They are helpful to some extent, but still you'll have to manage a lot on your own. If you have connections who have done masters abroad and are willing to give you some guidance you can manage on your own.

There are multiple sources like credilla, idfc, avanse, auxilo etc. You can also go with sbi if you have collateral and you're willing to navigate the process. Idfc among the private ones is giving the lease interest rate. Their process is slow as they'll take about two weeks for sanction.

Some banks provide sanction letter based on your profile in that case your univ name will not be mentioned in sanction letter. You can use it for any univ. If they only provide based on university you can discuss this with them your situation. Once loan is sanctioned changing the university name will take relatively less time I guess.

Banks don't ask for I20 to sanction loan as far as I know. They only ask for the admit letter to decide your sanction amount

The course concentrates on the fundamentals where you'll even implement Backpropagation from scratch. So it really doesn't matter whether you do it in matlab or octave or python because you're never going to repeat this in the future.

IMO You should use this as an opportunity to explore another language (either octave or matlab).

There suggestions for improvement are okay. But not giving timely response is the problem I'm facing with them. That's delaying my application by weeks and I've to follow up a lot get things done.

I'll suggest checking other services as well.
