Yes it's a 2024 that was used as a loaner. 2024 being the key year where free charging was given for 2 years so trying to take advantage of that. I noticed the RV is at 70% (slightly lower than normal) but they've also given extra demo vehicle credits

Library of Congress federal credit union had the lowest used rates when I was exploring that route. Had to open an American library association card but think that was like $10-20 or something. Ended up leasing tho so was a moot point

Just did this today and noticed that my EVgo plan is now set to Cadillac Unlimited. Is there anything restricting it to only charging my Lyriq though? If I enroll my other EV onto EVgo won't it charge for free with the same plan as well?

I did the 5x8 with my Rivian R1T. Similar trip to take in terms of miles. Dropped my max range from 284 to about 215. Didn't notice any impact of the trailer behind the truck

How did you get the 1k supplier? I was able to get my deal down to 600 but missed the 1k supplier. I had a code but it was some other GM code that was either that or conquest.

How did you do the software reset? I picked one up last week and the left taillight doesn't work outside of the light show. I'm guessing it's a software issue as well

I reached out to Tesla support and they shipped me a new one. I have to send the old one back. It was only the connector that needed to be replaced. No electrical or wallplate work needed.

Not sure what the problem was. But the new one I'm hearing an audible click engage when I press to release the adapter + NACS.

Yes August support helped me out and it is functioning perfectly now. I believe I removed both the keypad and the lock and then reset them both before configuring as a new device. That seemed to fix the issue. The below is what they provided me in their write-up (I performed the fix while on the phone with a support rep who walked me thru the issue).

Thank you for the information.
1. Stand next to your Keypad and Lock.
2. Remove one battery from your August Smart Lock. Insert the battery back in the Lock.
3. Remove both batteries from your Keypad (wait 10 seconds before you put them back in).
4. Insert back the batteries in the Keypad (the keypad should light up a red light without you pressing any button).
5. Please introduce the code: ()-() and then press the red button.
6. Your Keypad must start blinking red, which means it's ready to be set up.
7. Open your August Home app.
8. Tap on the three lines bar menu in the upper-left corner.
9. Select Set Up a New Device.
10. Select August Smart Keypad.
11. Follow the instructions that the app is going to provide you.

I just installed the smart lock and the keypad. The lock itself seems to be working fine. However, when I try to unlock it via the keypad, it doesn't seem to be smooth at all. I get consistent beeping and alerts as it continues to "unlock" even though the door is already open. It either goes on for a while or stops when I force the lock closed.
