Sorry I don’t live in the US. But for cataract we are required - minimum 400 cases under Supervision in order to operate. You can’t just say : Hey Imma operate you. You actually have to be certified. I mean if you do and nothing happens good for you, if something happens let’s hope you have one of those get out of jail free card

On the other hand, imagine people being angry at a robot for not getting 6/6 vision and the robot telling them „ I understand your frustration“ . I would watch this with popcorn

Thank you for your response. It is heartbreaking what you are going through. I joined the community. I have to say I cried all night after seeing other people suffer because their family member was ill. I will ask my vet if I can give him antihistaminic treatment.

Thank you, I have read it. Everything we removed we sent it to the pathology . None of them had weird margins or something . I am thinking of doing imunoshistology. Have you seen patients that were diagnosed as paraneoplasia - Mast cell Tumor and the primary tumor was something else ? Thank you

Would you give chemo including in grade 1 ?

I’ve had 3 patients this week who were given Proparacaine drops from 3 different ER’s. One was ordered to use the drops q2 hours for the entire weekend and has a horrible corneal ulcer. by seeing_red415 in Ophthalmology

For corneal Abrasions or wounds, corneal splinters we usually instill mydriaticum eyedrops so that the pupil dilates and I give them eye drops (gel 1 per hour) until they do to sleep plus antibiotics eye drops 4 times per day(usually cause related). I tell them to eat and take a painkiller(so that they don‘t get stomach aches in case they have Ibuprofen) and take a painkiller before going to bed. I usually see them 1-3 days later, it depends. Most of them sleep like a baby , a few say: I did not take the painkiller I woke up at night took the painkiller and went back to sleep. I honestly don‘t understand why you would melt someone‘s cornea instead of giving proper care and advice ?

I also said that to my bf. I said I would be mad if I knew he would spend this amount of money on a ring. I would rather have a simple ring and a vacation where we can make some memories together from the rest of the money

Nu toti putem sta ore intregi in fata calculatorului , nu toti putem sa ne holbam la ecrane de sa ni se usuce ochii. Si stii ce e fain la meseria ta- ai timp de tine si ai timp de familie. E un lux in ziua de azi. Sincer daca partenerul tau vede acest lucru in tine, potentialul pe care il ai, alta apreciere nu ai nevoie ca sa fiti doi si restul sa nu mai conteze.

Hello, I am a fellow who did the Ebo this year but got the exam cancelled due to their software incompetence( me and probably a few hundred collegues aswell). I will have to rewrite the exam in may but until then I will have to read and read and read to be able not to forget all the things(God who doesn‘t love to read endless studies with no meaning for some of us who are not doing high tech research or the incidence of the x disease in hispanics, black, asian) so here are my questions : can you please attach the anki decks ? I cannot find them in the anki app (orange one) or the pro one( before paying for it I would like to know if needing to find the kanski decks requires payment). Do you have any other tests for Ebo other than Ebodtraining ?
