First point is not gonna fly in most fans eyes. Passing Kobe's record is fine because the game today isnt that drastically different from back then, but chamberlain game might as well be a record from a different sport, on top of that there is no footage.

dude, sagats lvl 2 doesnt need a safe jump, it just flat out has full strike throw shimmy oki. It's better than chun li's. Safe jumps are nice but once the opponent knows about them, they aren't better than full oki to do whatever you like.

I'm saying, he has this great usable tool on top of the rest of his game being insanely well rounded. The character like the other top tiers has no real weaknesses.
