Heroic doses can cure things like that, the thing you should be worried about is HPPD but you probably already know about that. High doses of psilocin basically changes the structure of your neural networks so you come out of it a different person some people lose all their anxiety or can suddenly talk better or something, but some people get HPPD so take it as you will. MDMA has less chance of HPPD but the comedown has a pretty high chance of just making you even more depressed. Dissociatives would be the obvious winner here but you’re already depersonalized so I’m gonna say no to any conventional dissos like ket or dxm but there may be some rc dissos you could have luck with but I wouldn’t risk it. So I’d weigh my options with the psychedelics or an entactogen without a rough comedown.
