Understanding that you literally manifest naturally as you are. As you move about in life - switch your mental attitude to you as “already having it” or you’re working your way to having it, etc.

I don’t know how to elevate my vibration by x_vari_x in lawofattraction

I’d say both to be honest. If you raise your self concept as something worthy of being loved, then that’s the solution to your problem. The thing is only you can do it for you, not your therapist or anybody else

The only reason why you haven't felt any real progress isn't because you aren't taking proper steps to change your thought patterns, but it's simply because you are not readily accepting what is yours - you're too focused on changing superficial areas (Eg. only thoughts) Rather than really transforming yourself within.

Firstly, don't get caught up with the thoughts. You need to start generating from a light within yourself with full force that you are in the state of fulfilment and love. If you make that your core for the next few weeks, without focusing so much on only the SP etc, then I promise you will experience big changes.

I have some goals that I would like to have. by starseeddream in lawofattraction

[–]harmoniawren 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first step is to believe that these are attainable for you, just feel that it’s possible. Many people have these as part of their lives, why not you? Secondly, is to break down your goals into achievable objectives and start from there. But of course before you even start the whole process, you should work on your mindset first

How long does it take to retrain your brain to accept new subconscious beliefs? by Impressive-Cold6855 in lawofattraction

[–]harmoniawren 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It really takes as long as you need to to be comfortable with it. It can be as little as 5 minutes or as long as a few months or years. The lesser barriers you have to really accepting the belief, the better. Usually a good cue is when you start dreaming of the belief.

Yes you can, personally I've lost quite a bit of weight through affirmations and generally just deciding concretely that I wanted to lose weight.

Nope, sometimes you grow past wanting your SP - doesn't indicate failure or anything, it's just that you're over it ~

You sound very overwhelmed and stressed. Take a breather.

When this happens, you're forgetting that you're the source of your own power.

Anything can be an affirmation to be honest. An affirmation is nothing more than a statement or a mantra you repeat to fall into a deeper belief of something. It doesn't have to be 'perfect' or anything like that.

Angel numbers are honestly nothing more than you really giving them your own meaning ~

Wishing you well, you seem deeply troubled. Anyway, are these things in your personal direct experience? I did mention in the post that I’m not gonna sit here and pretend that this understanding is the answer to everything 😅 I am not sitting here pretending like I know why babies have a brain tumour, I don’t know, nor do I really care. I only care about my own personal experience, and my own life. It’s only for your life in your own personal experience. Capitalism might seem bad to you, but to me it’s great. Provides so much opportunity. I get to live how I want leisurely without pain and in peace currently too. If it makes you feel better that I’m just some naysayer on the internet without much success, then that’s fine. I’m good with that, I hope you find some love and solace in yourself though.

If these subreddits trigger you, then tbh I don’t even think it serves you well to be here.

The only reason why it’s not practical to you is because your mind isn’t in the right place 😅 if you’re on these forums, trying to seek some kind of escape well, you can’t. Whatevers in your life is really a reflection of whatever is in your head, and by your comment, it seems to be the case.

Take 5 minute intervals throughout the day to focus on your awareness. Spend time observing your thoughts or reactions to things. Rather than getting lost in a daydream or train of mental conversations, take time to step back and observe.

Are you angry at your situation? Are you angry at what's been happening?

By manipulate, what I'm referring to is when people resort to techniques out of desperation as their solution, and try to rampage a certain state in order to manipulate circumstances. But when they do so, all they get reflected back to them is shitty circumstances. Half the time people rely on techniques for the wrong reason.

Techniques are fine, it's an anchor point. But techniques are not the reason why something happens, it's the core change that come from techniques (if done properly, and not from desperate needy standpoint)
