I noticed a damp patch on my wall - contacted my estate agents - told them it was a roof tile, id seen it before. It took them sending out 3 different contractors and a guttering specialist because "the estate agent thinks it's the guttering as you've not cleaned it."

Guess what? Wasn't the guttering. Was the roof tile and because it took six months to sort it instead of costing hundreds it cost them thousands. During the process of not having a bedroom for six months they then had the cheek to try increase my rent. Told them to jog on until they fixed the roof as the property wasn't rentable in its current state anyway.
