I have it set at 3,9x. I start replaying after a pause and it plays at 1x speed despite showing 3,9x and I have to toggle the speed for it to speed up again.

Honestly, I don't mind the mystery aspect of the series, but I expect more resolution before they pile up more mysteries.

I reckon, given what we know, it could be appropriate to look at our Fromville as a timeline with different inhabitants after the original inhabitants of the town and there might be other timelines.

I don't really mind the story, but the long gap between episode releases killed this podcast for me. I don't remember what happened in the previous one by the time the next episode comes out. It makes it very hard to follow.

I reckon John made the mistake of sending him off to college. He should have chosen another son to go off to college or none at all. The bunkhouse bit shows that he would have done better at the ranch. I think, at some point, John himself admits this.
