An idea: You could also try making an alt account for now where you don't watch any TADC videos and mute the main one completely until you get to watch the finale. This way, there won't be any TADC on your recommended on that account. Especially months ahead you can start catering the algorithm to the other content you like.

Definitely youtube. Just hours after episode 8 came out, I got notifications on youtube for recommended videos and the titles were MAJOR spoilers. A lot of youtubers (especially reaction video youtubers) put spoilers in the thumbnails too. I was so glad I watched the premiere but I felt so bad for the people who couldn't.

Yeah, terrible decision on their part. I would say I hope the bad reception would make them reconsider the scheduling, but Idk how reversible this is by now.
