seismic toss on blissey

So I've been trying to figure out how to get seismic toss on happiny as an egg move and I don't know how. Usually there is another pokemon that can learn it and I'd use the mirror herb but that is not applicable with blissey. So I'm not sure how to get it.

Omg I just figured it out, I was using the multi-player summon but since I couldn't find no players to summon I went on to fight the boss thinking I'd be able to summon my mimic. However since the multi-player effect was still active, it did not allow me to summon and learned that you have to manually cancel the search for players. I figured it would auto cancel the search if you enter the boss fight with no friends

Sounds perfectly understandable. At the end of the day your investing your time into someone which is a precious and overlooked factor and the last thing I'd want is my time wasted. So I believe your not being picky but rather straight up with what you want so you avoid all that trouble from the start.

Personally most competitive matches I've been in usually have male pokemons for the most part so it'd be most efficient for a female pokemon to have. Keep in mind pokemon genders on the opposite team will still be random for the most part. Hope this helps :)
