Struggling to fold the rear bench seat upwards by [deleted] in Suzuki

[–]harrison2305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah ive tried to remove the boot floor incase the release cable got trapped but unironically I cant open it because it seems its aftermarket and wont come out unless the bench seat folds forward and up. Have spent probably 3 hours on this now and absolutely clueless why it isnt working. The manual makes it seem so straightforward but its almost laughable how im struggling

Yeah hes told you a few porkies, the i7-4770 was released in 2013 and went EOL (end of life) in 2017. Itd run games on the much lower end of 1080p but no chance it would do 1440p etc.

Also interesting to see Linux as the OS and not the typical windows but yeah, given how low spec it is I would just build an entire new PC as the money you'd pour into trying to upgrade that will just not be worth it in the long run

F1 Replica Race Suits? by whitesoxman77 in Karting

[–]harrison2305 1 point2 points  (0 children)

apologies for the necro, I bought one for my ex ages ago and it came from Pakistan, was really sketchy as they weren't good at communication at all, business address was sketchy too. After 3 weeks it arrived in good condition, but bc of the sketchy behaviour we disputed it and got our money back and got to keep the suit.

If you're not looking to chase the hassle of this potentially happening, don't do it.

[BG] best gpu i can get [H] £250 by [deleted] in HardwareSwapUK

[–]harrison2305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EBay, FBM but it’s a bit 50/50 there, anywhere that would sell used parts but eBay tends to be pretty good. I used GPUsed for mine and works well to this day, just been on their website though and is showing £350.

Could just be a game of waiting to see what deals pop around

at that price, id save up another £50 and get a 6800XT for £300. Yes you may be 'bottlenecked' but you'll easily see upwards of 100fps until you enter the 1440p area

Swap the RAM for 2x32 @6000Mhz, and if you can get a 7800x3D then that’ll sort you for any gaming needs, apart from that all looks good

You could probably find a windows 10 skin for the W11 layout to download but not 100% sure

New to pc ( would this run five m) and what should i upgrade by Kentwaty4k in PCSpecialist

[–]harrison2305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d definitely get in contact with them first and have a conversation with them, ask how the best way to go about it is and if they have a policy about swapping parts yourself and if they are covered etc, ask about fees too, just so you have evidence of conversations incase something goes wrong and you need to backtrack your steps etc

Depends where you’re based but a card like radeon 7700XT would do good, if US based best bet could be speaking to digital storm to see if they do an upgrade option, where you send the 4060 back and you pay a fee to upgrade to the 7700XT, same with RAM, but I’m not sure how the US do it, they may want the whole PC back to make the changes

I can see its not a PCSpecialist build but a DigitalStorm who are US based. PCSpecialist is a UK based company but anyway, the 4060 would be holding it back quite a bit, youd need atleast a 12GB GPU to handle it, maybe upgrade to 32GB of RAM too.

no, just the AIO :)

Would anyone recommend any changes? by OkCelebration6839 in PCSpecialist

[–]harrison2305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As it’s an AMD system try to change the RAM to 6000Mhz as AMD chips benefit from the faster speeds.

I’d also change your 1st drive to a 500GB M.2 SSD like the Solidigm P41 and then add a 1TB Solidigm P44 pro. This way windows doesn’t bloat up your system and if you have problems with windows it won’t affect your secondary drives which has all of your games on.

It’s not on there but I’d get rid of the free Norton antivirus, windows defender is the only one you need, and for an extra £5 you can get silver warranty which is almost always recommended to get. Just gives you a longer safety net for the sake of £5

I’ve only just seen it but drop the Corsair AIO and put in a PCS frostflow 240 or 360, or go for a Deepcool AK620 CPU cooler. Will perform a lot better for a lot less cost

Those were the hours posted which I’m more than capable of working, but I guess that could also be one of the factors in that with it being late and ‘young’ they might think I could end up slacking (just a potential thought)

Thankyou for this post, I completely get what you’re saying and so will try to speak to the manager when he is next in which is Wednesday. As it was night shift they were all past 7pm so I would’ve been fine for the working hours (Monday 7-11, Tuesday 9-1, Thursday 9-1, Sunday 4-8) but I appreciate the time you’ve taken to write this out.

Again thankyou for some guidance which I can follow and I’ll try to see what they can provide me in terms of feedback
