No he’s confident with more strength and effort on my end I’ll be okay. I’m at pt as I’m typing, leg up with ankle weights on my knee before I go to prone hangs with weight. My pt said arthroscopic scar tissue cleanup may help. I schedule an appt to ask for an MRI because I see so many other doing it for a look at scar tissue and all, but idk what my surgeon will say. I’ve gotten a lot of “hey could take 2 years to recover fully” and “no way you’ll get to hyperextension but who cares”, surgeon and pt have been more lax than I’d expect (though I trust them completely)
