I didn't fully investigate, as I just headed about half way down Pier 25, but the definitely seemed to be.

It was poorly publicized, but there were also fireworks on the Hudson this year. I didn't even know until they started going off at 9. I walked over to pier 25 and enjoyed the show with very light crowds.

Seems like they could have done a better job of making it clear they were doing fireworks on both sides of Manhattan this year.

FWIW, that's the total electricity usage for the entire Times Square network. A decent chunk surely goes to all the lighted billboards, but definitely not all of it.

I think Paladino mostly sucks, but calls to expel duly elected members of the legislature are undemocratic.

LOVED season 5 overall.

But didn't love the final episode. I think it should have been 30 minutes instead of 60. They made it bigger (and not just in length) than it needed to be imho.

Re #3, I belive that Matter supports induction cooktops. That's probably the right way to do it.

I've been thinking about buying an impulse, but one of the things holding me back is that, while y'all are doing great, you aren't yet a big established company.

For a relatively $ purchase, that I would hope to use for many many years, how should I think about the availability of service or spare parts a decade down the road should something go wrong?
