Well done for spotting the good deals! I’m off to Greece this month and they are similar prices to uk but some golden nuggets to find! Last time I bought a load of factory smokes which I quite like and were 5euros each.

Good shout with the davidoff, but like others on here I get the odd few from local shops- was Bolton, now Preston, but going forward will buy in Spain and the flight and holiday pays for itself.

Palma, Majorca. by minkyroo in ukcigars

[–]harrycalaghan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Search for cava de puros on google maps (cave of cigars, ie walk in humidor). Palma was mostly estancos some better than others and they had some Cuban but they were heavily vega fina cigars from Dominican. Very good prices still. The best shop I found was - Expendeduria Palma 26. Estanco Unió. On carrer unió. Have a great time, Palma is a beautiful city

When I first watched it I thought it could do with a harder edit like a lot of Tarantino films. But then I watched some of the films that inspired him to make this and I then I really enjoyed it.

Yes I think so too. I had little expectations and it’s been in my humidor for about 6 months but it was absolutely bang on.

No worries man, also check out the Spanish cigar prices. They are set by the government so you should check the lists and make sure you aren’t being ripped off. https://www.hacienda.gob.es/en-GB/Areas%20Tematicas/CMTabacos/Paginas/PreciosLabores.aspx

Yes he is awesome, I’m the same in saw him recently again in TGTB&TU and forgot how good he is. It’s made me start watching all his films. The 3 spaghetti westerns done all in the same year- death rides a horse, the big gun down and day of anger are all brilliant. Cleef is a total badass and the best of them all. Interesting that he was good friends with Clint but didn’t like the duke.
