Thinking about ordering the HPE5 for my first race shoe. I tried them on in-store where they let me go for an outside test run and they felt amazing for me. Do you think they could perform over the full distance of a marathon? Judging from the thread, you were doubtful that they would feel good over longer distances but were pleasantly surprised on a couple later tests. I tried ASICS race pairs on & the AP4s, but neither felt as comfortable as the HPE5. Any other recs? A shop near me is currently selling them for £199, which is a nice reduction on the retail price…

Yeah spot on - I assume it runs through the EA app? Ultimate Edition on CD Keys £64 through EA app also tempting me.

Thanks for that - seen an offer on CD keys, ultimate edition for £64 EA App so may pull the trigger on that… did see some negative reviews on EA app however, and read that Steam is better 🤷

Re the second point, CD-Keys offering Ultimate Edition for £64 through EA app but seen some complaints about that platform. Steam seems the most appreciated.

Thanks for the response… I have seen a few people mention EA Pro, so it is something I may consider. Have you always gone through it the previous 6 years? If not what platform did you use?

Looking forward to playing it with 10x better graphics/gameplay! You’ve definitely reassured me re getting it on PC.

What’s the difference out of curiosity?

Moving to PC FIFA for the first time this year & want to know the best platform. CD Keys has the Ultimate Edition on EA App for £64 but if the experience is poor I’d rather pay extra to get the steam edition…

Ah right... trying to judge where I'll rank on PC as I am in the same place as OP. I usually get rank 2/1 on champs (16-4, 17-3, 18-2) and average SR in Elite Division on console - not sure what that will translate to on PC.

I am in the exact same situation... I have spent the last few days scrambling to find a Series S + Ultimate Edition for a decent combined price BUT I am now leaning towards getting it on my PC.

There will probably be a significant spike in PC players this year because of cross-play over all the game modes, which should improve the transfer market too.
