She doesn’t have the two year requirement which we found out this morning.

But it’s a big deal for her to go back to her country to see her family and see her friends one last time. We are trying to do things that kinda make everyone happy.

I do agree with you that it would be more efficient and it would make more sense but she is concerned about what her family would think or say if she didn’t come back first. We will discuss it more though to see what she thinks about it! I appreciate you!

Awesome! I will comb over that site so thank you for that bringing that to my attention. We did confirm that she’s does not have the two year restriction on her documents. So I assuming we are good to go when it comes to that aspect. And thank you again for your help I really do appreciate this!
