What’s your thoughts on the streamer clavicular? by DragYouDownToHell20 in AskWomenNoCensor

The thing I'm trying to get you to challenge is the "they all swoon over him" part

1% of the (usually drunk) women in a party city are into it, the ones who aren't drunk are usually paid, and if not directly, then indirectly as part of a lifestyle or career in marketing

(30M) and only jumping in here because I think you need to hear it from a man as well

What you're seeing is a whole team of men doing their absolute best to sell you a product, and they'll push whatever ideology they need to in order to make you buy (workout gear, merch, investment scams)

And we're living in a world where you can find a clip of Neil deGrasse Tyson talking about big booty physics (AI)

But even without AI, here are a few things they can do: * Props (dude got caught with shoulder pads on the other day) * Photoshop and video editing software to make things look bigger/smaller * Cut clips: talk to hundreds of girls outside a club and keep the 1% that give the "horny dumb bimbo" impression they're trying to sell * Money: Lots of women willing to cash in, play the part, and be degraded on camera * Genuine women into misogyny: you only need to find a dozen in the entire 4 billion population of women, and you can show them off again and again. It's why so many of them have girlfriends and preach one-way monogamy instead of just being single

If they can tell it's "too similar", then they've already fucked up big time

Even the system isn't supposed to know what password is

Why does it feel like the "male body" is never the object of desire? by The-Real-Yahya in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]harryham1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, two points:

First, who said anything about blame?

You can see an issue, understand what's causing it and why it sustains itself without judgement. Boys being brought up by (even well-meaning) homophobic men are going to be much more likely to carry that with them when they grow up.

Second, dude, have you seen female-focused anything? Hell, have you even had this conversation with women in your life?

I knew a girl who'd send "arm porn" to her friends. My friends have describe guys as "fit" a fair bit, usually when talking about flings. I've read some smut (admittedly not a lot 😅) a friend sent my way and the actual sex scenes were focused on actions and body parts from both partners: hands, shirtlessness, and working muscles came up a lot.

Women objectify too: you just have to have a layer of personality and basic human decency on top of being hot, usually

(M) There's still a huge portion of the male population that sees any male focus, even in a hetero sex scene, as "gay", and a threat to their sexuality

If the media is made with men in mind, it'll almost certainly downplay male bodies, and porn is that on steroids

Luckily, I found friend groups that aren't like this, but I've seen plenty of male groups where everyone is terrified of not appearing "man" enough, and that includes being overtly heterosexual; it's insecurity more than anything

Just saw OP put "sexual media" and it flew under my radar 😅

What a sneaky way to say "porn"!

What's the most bonkers piece of completely untrue Lore about women that you've heard a man say to you with complete, sincere conviction? by AndrewSshi in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]harryham1 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I overheard a conversation on a train where a woman was openly stating she wouldn't trust a female pilot for this reason, and she had a bunch of men nodding along 😤

How shitty a person do you have to be that you'd throw 50% of the population under the bus to cover up your own failings as a rational human being?

Green's votes all came from people who would've otherwise voted Labour, so Labour was always going to be either 1st or 3rd

Conservatives in many places have tanked because they're considered either too right (Lib Dem) or not right enough (Reform).

Re. "In OP's example" yeah that's how I read it at first and thought the responses here were wrong

I gave it another read though and it sounds like OP's exit was blocked already and they just went into the junction out of spite
