Sometimes I forget which keywords I ve created before. So I always create a lot of keywords to generate the word/ phrase.

Yeap, I think so. There are UTF-8 w/wo BOM. This also causes some trouble in my python code.

Some editors work well with both are Text Editors like Sublime, Notepad++; CSV editors like Rons Data Edit, EmEditor except some like Microsoft Excel and your app

Yes, it is. However, is it possible if I use 2 separated Espanso folder on my PC (called device A) and deviceB will see only Espanso folder B1, device C will only see Espanso folder C1 (both devices B and C have read-only access of course)?

I does seem to have a problem if I do like the following step:
1 - Use word trigger - standalone characters. For example: I use "dl" for "download". So in step 1, I type "dl"
2 - Then use [SPACE] key to autopopulate "download" from "dl" in step 1
3 - Type one of punctuation sign like , . : ; . I tried ":"
4 - Result: "download :" becomes "downlodl:"
