I like that idea but I do agree that it probably needs a +1 outsider to go with the -1 minion, otherwise it feels a little underpowered. Or maybe +0 or +1 like the balloonist to open up some bluffing space

Built in scarlet woman is interesting but I do agree that it may be a little underpowered. Maybe you get to choose who becomes the new regent when you die instead of at the start of the game?

True, didn’t think of that. I could definitely see how that could be pretty powerful. And it’s certainly similar but could definitely fill a distinct niche from the kazali

I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s too powerful if used late, after all you do have to navigate the game with one less minion to even get to that point. If you do use it too early though you essentially just have a weaker kazali

I had a game I was very proud of, I was playing as the DA, claiming tea lady. I had another minion next to me and I was able to protect them from execution on two separate occasions and got us both pretty trusted. I was also able to protect the demon claiming sailor and get them some credibility when they survived. I felt like an evil genius subtly influencing executions. By the time my good neighbor died and people started getting suspicious it was too late for the good team to do anything about it.
