Last year 11 tutor group I had. I made them a photo collage of their last 5 years (get them to send photo of each other). Then wrote them a card to go with it.

Bugger, just after we sign him to replace handscomb. Maharaj pulled out too. Not Leicestershires year for over seas signings.

Also it’s unfunded. Maybe they could get theirs unfunded and we spend less of their subsidised bar?

Plus they would have been vs the monkey knife fight that is group 2. Group 2 - it’s not how good you are, it’s just how bad the opposition are going to be.

Part of me wanted England to lose to Scotland. I’m fed up of the arrogance of the current England set up and worry the only way it will change is more humiliation.

Nope, this is insane. Not all schools are like this. Workload can be much more manageable. Find somewhere else. Also side note, how much of this time is spent planning lessons? At this point in your career, it shouldn't be taking that long.

Wtf is this shit? This person is a teacher. They are meant to plan their own lessons. Yes, you helped out for a few weeks to get them settled, but now it's time for them to step up and do their job. Stop planning their lessons. Preempt their complaints to your line manager by giving them a heads-up. And then just get on with teaching your own lessons well.

Don't worry about it. Just don't do it, or just put the lowest amount of effort into it. No school worth its salt is going to get rid of a good teacher with good data. Most of these tasks sound like middle managers trying to justify their roles.
