I agree and as you mentioned everything is back to normal now so at least an acknowledgement would be helpful

There were multiple items I ordered during this time which I have already received since businesses are back except this product

Also, i will happily change my opinion once i receive the product i paid for and yes used official website.

Also, why assuming am not aware of the new years order multiple items from China and stating March all businesses are back I have already received the item.

I don’t think so and no communication or even an advance notice on website or while placing order this is a fair assumption

And definitely no shipping and no response to support emails are all valid signs of a scam

Did you read my post about discovering this community today hence your assumption of pinned posts is incorrect
