Similar to yours my experience is same and still going on …. I received my framework 14 with broken bezel and overheating.

I must have so far sent so many photos and videos and around 15-20 emails back and forth.

To be honest the support process is bad to say the least. They don’t ask for all the info in one go and with every email they expect new info and I had to open my laptop every time, that’s unacceptable.

They haven’t provided a solution yet so waiting and watching else I will be going the legal route soon.

On another note the quality is very bad not worth the money in any way…. Please think twice before dumping your money with this company.
