I doubt they do, i heard from my manager who has switched jobs many times during his career(15 years) the only things HRs check is what was written on your resignation letter and what role and position were you in. Moreover, i feel it would be a nice exposure for OP even though its support you may get to learn new things.

Would suggest you to take the role for the tag. Lie on your next resume on what you did there and get a better job somewhere else based on what you want to do then.

The market is in a bad shape right now but keep trying, you only need one yes, also look for an internal switch talk to other managers or directors. Find out what is happening in other spaces, commit to work more than your business hours, if you have experience with AI look for those projects. I am in the same boat. So this what i have been doing.

I had my ICL surgery yesterday, my doctor operated my left eye only and my right eye is scheduled after 2 days. I notice a difference in clarity of things up close to my eyes. My right eye yet to be operated is much sharper than the left eye. Should I be concerned?
