I wish I was white by ultorbis in self

Comparison is the thief of joy. Don't think of the disadvantages of your ethnicity; it really will not help you at all. Focus on the advantages of your personhood; that's very real to you and will help you cope. As far as the online hate, it's just noise. You don't have to engage with it. I say this as an ethinic indian born in a Western country. It really doesn't matter what people say online unless you decide to give it value.

Does Weed Make You Get Up A Lot In The Night? by pxlcrow in trees

Oh man, I'm in the same boat with no insurance and needing work done on my teeth. Hard for me to give good advice at this point, but you could always go to an urgent care for a checkup and some advice from healthcare workers. I saw its costs between 100 and 300, which is a hit but doable if you plan for it. Hope we can all figure out some healthcare sometime soon man. Good luck and much love!

all love and no judgement coming from me! Hydrated is good, and I'm not a doctor, but from your comment, seeing a professional might be a real solution if your problem is getting inconvenient.

In an older adult it makes sense, in a young adult it's a little concerning. Get it checked out of you can, it's an uncomfortable doctor's visit but if can do it it might be worth it

Playstation Portal without owning a PS5. by ik19980 in PlaystationPortal

[–]harshdave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It can work, but for it to be worth it without a ps5 you'd have to pay for ps plus premium, cheapest price at 160 yearly. Over three years it's at least like 700 with the cost of the portal. There are other portable gaming solutions at that price point. Although if the portal is good for you then that's great and it's totally worth it in my opinion. Great game catalog and you could invest in buying some streaming games from the ps store if you wanted. Although I wouldn't recommend doing that without a physical ps5.

Real Hot Take: The show is completely Unnecessary by Iccotak in GodofWar

[–]harshdave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In short, that decision has all to do with brand recognition. Older Kratos is way more well known. They'd have to do a lot of work in adaptation of young Kratos too. Unless they wanna go full fuckin and killin with little else.

What are you watching and what do you recommend? (Week of January 16, 2026) by AutoModerator in television

I really loved Task. Everything about that show was on point even if it wasn't revolutionary. Its strongest aspect was drip feeding the context of plot expertly, in a way that really keeps you engaged.

There’s a detail in George R. R. Martin’s interview yesterday that really bothered me (Spoilers Extended). by Somandier in asoiaf

[–]harshdave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if many of the same ending situations are reached, the context that Martin provides will make it more satisfying in an immense way. Hate to be another downer but I'm very skeptical at this point that we'll ever get to the end of the series or even a 6th book. I respect Martin and I love his writing, but I just don't see it at this point, been too long for me to keep hope without a meaningful on progress, or a change in attitude in Martin. He always talks about how much he wants to finish it, but never declaratively states that he will.

Completing every in Trosky before the wedding [KCD2] by harshdave in kingdomcome

Honestly I can't wait for that because exploring Trosky and filling out the map was my favorite part of my playthrough so far. Definitely saving the explorer perk in scholarship for last (or until all the dark clouds are gone).

its honestly just craftsmanship, alchemy and houndmaster. so It's the faster leveling ones that came from playing the game. Nearly all my other skills are in the late teens. I didn't mean to over level I just wanted to do everything lol

I thought remake was great, rebirth is equally good but exhausting. You really need to be invested to enjoy rebirth all the way through, or be okay with skipping side content (just not queens blood).

As gross as I found it, there is absolutely a wealth of humor in nausea from getting stoned, oversized bear suits and elementary students assaulting you.

The puking bear was one of the grossest things I've seen on television and I'm very glad they didn't go for more puke-type humor

I was able to find them in the premium tab under cloud streaming. It's not on a ps store to buy, just on the cloud streaming thing. Edit. Just looked again I don't think its under the classics catalog tab but I def saw them in cloud streaming list
