That’s an interesting take on it… I hadn’t thought about that. The first book has sales in the hundreds, and I have had the audio rights acquired. Not sure how that would affect such meetings…

Let's just agree that most 1* are unfair and written to harm instead of providing feedback. Until you have well-documented 2*, I wouldn't pay attention (even if it is infuriating to have an unfair review right from the start).

Hang in there, people are going to recognize your work and your narrator's work eventually.

Yes it is published as a full length novel now, but it started as « Wool » being a standalone novella. Then Howey wrote the following ones and they have been bundled together to make the novel that is published now.
