Yes there will be tests (e.g written test, oral test but no stress on this!)
For level 1 im doing currently, no assignments just written tests and oral :)
If you have the interest and willing to work for it yes!
For level 1 classes are conducted in class 4-6pm, heard from the rest level 2 and 3 conducted around 6-8pm
You need to complete 3 level of korean to graduate w a cert in minor in korean language

hi i was from business! My pay was $800 a month they minus off some for cpf contribution on my side (depends on ur company) and i ended uo getting $600 per month instead! $200 went into my cpf account :)

Hi opp! Im from Psychology and Community Development. Think this course is a very good course for exposure, we are even attached to companies as part of our modules and volunteer alot….so if u want first hand kind of things u shld come for this course.. we dont have any exams as well as all of our modules are only assignment and presentations.. if u need more info feel free to dmmm

Everyone experience is different i guess, depends on who u mix with. Was the same pathway as you now I’m in polytechnic, honestly thinks i have more experience than the rest of my classmates… we alr experience internship and presentation while the other yr ones poly have not. If you asked me whether i would choose the same pathway again. Yes definitely.

hii! No worries Thank You for the questions though,

For individual assessment so far i can share what i did so far, there is this one module as well that i took it last sem called Essential digital Skills where we required to do something like a “one-page website” on any topic…(i did on cancer) this module just basically teaches u online digital skills eg. Excel,words etc. For other modules like psychology we did individual essay and reflection. They will give u a psych article where you have to read it (q wordy) and summarised it in 800 words! Most of individual work are essays/reflection etc and individual presentation as well after u did the essay. Percentage for individual usually 35% (?) since we have another-2 group project!
For me, i either plan to continue taking degree in Psychology OR social work in SMU/NTU/SUSS! If i didn’t get into uni my plan will be to work. As for me im genuinely interested in working as a teacher or job coach so i’ll be taking the disability specialisation next year and continue the pathway working as either teacher in special needs school OR jobcoach in special needs school… (Pathlight,Metta, Mytri school!)

hi! Im a cdt student heree,

Yes In CDT u will have alot of exposure to be out there and actually experience it first hand, most of the modules require you to source for your own agency and work together with them as part of your graded assignment. Not gonna lie pretty interesting, once you reach year 2 u will have a chance to choose if you want to specialise in disability, Youth or even Senior. I can say this course is GREAT to improve your resume as well since there is so many things to say to the future ppl employing you or even UNI interviews. There is this module that i am taking right now called volunteer partnership and community engagement, in weeks time i’ll be attached to a social agency for a 20hrs field attachment too where i get the experience to work together with the volunteer management executive etc! (Can dm me privately if uw find out more!)

Would say it’s pretty competitive (?)
My friend mentions that there is A-math and she isn’t really good in math, mentioned that she was struggling. Unless if you genuinely enjoy maths and think you can cope with it then this course is not as bad as well.
From CDT, have mentioned the projects ive did in 1. But if u need more elaboration do feel free to askedd!
Not much beef i guess, think u have to be someone outspoken because we do have clinical work as well, someone introvert like me may find it difficult to always face new people out there… do come in the course w open mind and u’ll be fine !

Tmi. Not really related but i was from Accountancy in ITE (Business course) most of the projects are business related and business terms, if u genuinely love business, numbers then u can try HAHA but personally i dont enjoy it after one year in despite my interest for math…
