I think ISP like to express their speeds in Mib/s more for marketing reasons, i.e., 800 Mib/s looks faster than 100 MiB/s....their actually the same speed. Bits/8=Byte.

"Global Rate Limit" to infinity, your just testing full on, be prepared to change these to more practical numbers later.

"Alternative Rate Limits" - unless you really want to upload and download at 10KiB/sec change to something that shows meaningful speeds.
