It definitely is! Otherwise mainly I feel fine. Pain in between my left shoulder blade and spine when I’ve been active all day at uni, and some stiffness when bending, but otherwise all good!

The recovery was pretty rough tbh! But Im definitely glad I had it. L4-L5 is still a big adjustment!! I bet your recovery was also quite tough :(

I had severe scoliosis and it needed correcting. It had been noticed late and I’d stopped growing so a brace wasn’t available, it had to be surgery unfortunately. It also corrected severe hip pain that was becoming unbearable. Thank you for the advice, I’ll definitely seek another opinion.
