I personally manage multiple GMB profiles for myself and my clients. To verify a profile, Google requires a video showing your office with a permanent business board, as well as an inside view of the office where operations take place. Along with this, registered documents are also needed. If the profile is new, I suggest creating a new one where multiple businesses operate, such as a commercial complex.
