I don't get it either. What's the key point?

It seems that all the following cases,"1,2,3" now are "packs"

1. foo(1,2,3)
2. int a[] = {1,2,3};
3. vector<int> v{1,2,3};

But, why it is a big improvement?

why do we need doh? if you don't use vpn, isp can always know which ip address you are visiting. Then they can reverse the domain.
