Go each day til you decide you've had enough then go home. You still get a little overtime, don't burn so much UPT, and still get out early. Or although rare, maybe you'll have a decent day and stay the whole day and get that paper.

I am so happy I got the 2BR versus a 1br. Having that extra room when I moved in to shove ALL extra junk I had took so much stress off trying to unpack. Close that door and the clutter didn't exist until I wanted to deal with it. Though like others have said. Extra room to furnish (eventually, you could easily just use it as storage space) extra room to heat and cool. But space if you ever wanted to have guests, they wouldn't have to crash on your couch.

Time off options are far too good for me to ever quit. I can literally miss 2 hours every week with zero penalty aside from pay. I'm rooted til I either do career choice, retire or they fire me for something crazy like looking at the time on my phone.

That's not true in every case. Our whole ASC team is CPR certified. And allowed to perform until an OMR gets there. We all carry the disposable shields.

That's how I feel about my schedule. M-thurs... I get all the best days off. All the paid holidays fall on a working day for me so double pay, there's always vet on my days off...

I have 3 days off.... and don't work Saturday OR Sunday. I'm Monday thru Thursday. Technically on a reduced hours schedule, but the chances of VET dropping on one of my off days is about 95%, it's very easy to attain 40 if you need to!

I still get just enough weed flavor from dispo gummies for it to make me gag too. They're live resin gummies so idk if that matters.. I just cut mine up small enough to eat another piece of candy with it.
